It’s all about the mole! Oaxaca is home to seven classic moles, yet hundreds more are prepared and enjoyed throughout the region. Traditionally, the meat or vegetable served alongside are simply vehicles for the mole itself.

The abundant spread features housemade tamales, rich and complex moles, fresh ceviches, cocteles, and antojitos hot off the comal. Guests can enjoy traditional favorites like chilaquiles, huevos rancheros, and other regional egg dishes, along with rotating seasonal specialties that highlight the bold, soulful flavors of Oaxaca. Every dish is crafted from scratch, including the masa, cheeses, salsas, and moles, reflecting Xochi’s dedication to authentic Oaxacan cuisine.
Pastry Chef Ruben Ortega presents a stunning display of pan dulce, freshly baked pastries, cookies, and traditional Mexican desserts. Guests can indulge in favorites such as tres leches, flan, and churros, along with fresh fruit, and rich housemade chocolate featured in desserts and beverages.
