It's all about the mole! Oaxaca is home to seven classic moles, yet hundreds more are prepared and enjoyed throughout the region. Traditionally, the meat or vegetable served alongside are simply vehicles for the mole itself. Below is our Mole Tasting Menu, presented in a progression of courses that build in depth, richness, and intensity. $85 per person / $45 optional beverage pairing plus tax and gratuity
