The dinner will be hosted by "JJ" - Juan Jose Mendez Leon Jimenez, the co-founder of Rosaluna Mezcal and a 6th generation Mezcalero. Rosaluna is a single -estate operation farming an all-natural, handmade agave spirit distilled in Santiago, Matatlán - the heartland of mezcal in Oaxaca, Mexico.
