Oaxaca is known for its moles. This five-course tasting menu is a way to explore them in a single evening, from pipián verde and mole amarillo to mole de chicatana and a mole negro finish. $85 per person, with an optional $45 beverage pairing, plus tax and gratuity. Available Monday–Saturday at dinner, from 3 PM until close.
